CBD Medico-Legal’s foundational strategy has always been on the building and maintaining of good relationships with our medical panel which we then believe translates into excellent outcomes within the medico-legal industry.

We confirm that all affiliated IMC and IME practitioners with CBD Medico-Legal Consultants must be appropriately accredited, qualified and experienced medical practitioners and not in a treating relationship with injured workers. They are subject to the provisions of the Medical Practice Act 1992.
